Fanning tiny inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement

I recently lost my dad and my whole world changed, my centre moved, priorities shifted and I'm trying to find my way through the dualities of heartbreak; love and loss, grief and gratitude and feeling empty yet heavy at the same time. Time has no currency and so I move slowly and gently and in these quiet moments I search for my dad, who I know is right by my side. I see him in the glory of each sunrise, I hear him in the lyrics of every song, feel him in the everyday tasks that need doing and in every life choice and cross road that presents opportunities.

"...Life lessons from my dad.."

From where it all began

Family is everything, it's your heart, it's your home and the strongest of foundations are laid in love, kindness and humility

  1. If something needs doing then do it as soon as possible, "don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today"

  2. All good things take time and hard work, "if a dream is to become a reality it takes determination, clarity and confidence", dare to try

  3. Support your community, be a part of a network where connections are made and change is possible through collaboration

  4. Look for quality but be resourceful, shop around, recycle, repair, up-cycle. Live within your means
