Introducing Glenmore Glam: Casa de Carlingford’s Debut Project
When passion for thoughtful design meets the place you call home, magic happens. At Casa de Carlingford, our journey began with a simple belief: every space should be as functional as it is beautiful. To launch our very first project, we decided to keep things close to heart by renovating the ultimate client’s space, my mum’s ensuite.
From initial vision board concepts to the final walk-through, Glenmore Glam went from a dream to reality in just a few months.
The Vision & The Brief
The goal was simple yet refined: Contemporary Elegance. We wanted to craft a serene, spa-like retreat that felt modern, luxurious, and completely timeless.
To achieve that, we built the design around three non-negotiables:
A Curved Fluted Floating Vanity: Adding softness, organic texture, and a gentle focal point to the room.
A Curved Freestanding Glass Screen: Creating an effortless, seamless walk-in shower experience.
White Marble Tiles with Soft Grey Veining: Bringing cohesive elegance by beautifully connecting the ensuite to the home’s kitchen stone.
The Timeline: From Concept to Reveal
Transforming a space doesn't happen overnight, but careful planning made this five-month journey seamless:
January: Ideas spark and initial concepts take shape.
March: Sourcing premium materials, fixtures, and tiles.
Mid-April: Demo day arrives and construction begins.
Early May: The final reveal!
Just 14 days after construction began, as the sun set on the final day, this space transformed from a concept on paper into something you can see, touch, and live in every day.
